How do I register my Diamond Rewards account?
It's pretty easy! Here's a step-by-step guide.
- Visit https://www.desertdiamondrewards.com
- Select "Click Here to Register"
- Complete the form on the account registration page with your players club number, birthdate, and zip code.
- Select Submit
- If all your information matches your players club account information, you will continue to the next step of
the process to create your Player Portal Account.
- If you receive an error message, see below.
- Once the process completes, please check the email address you provided to locate the verification email and finalize account activation.
Why did I receive an error message while activating my account?
It's probably due to one of these things:
- Your account has already been activated on the Desert Diamond Rewards Player Portal.
- Click on the “Already Have an Account? Click Here to Login” button and login to your account or go to https://www.desertdiamondrewards.com to login.
- If you have forgotten your account info, Select the “Forgot your username or Password link”.
- Enter your Player ID (top number on your card) and the email address you used to Register your account.
- Look for an email that includes your username and a link, to click, to reset your password.
- The personal information you provided does not match the information we have on record. Visit the Rewards Center and one of our team members
will help you clear everything up with your updated information.
How do I change my password or find my username if I have forgotten it?
- If you have forgotten your account info, go to https://www.desertdiamondrewards.com and select the “Forgot your username or Password link”
- Enter your Player ID (top number on your card) and the email address you used to Register your account.
- Look for an email that includes your username and a link, to click, to reset your password.
I did not receive any verification email.
- Please check your spam, quarantine, or junk mail folder for the email
- If you still do not have the verification email, you can use the “Contact Us”
link to ask our team to double check the spelling of your email address.
- If our team cannot verify your account, you may be asked to visit the Rewards Center so one of our team members can help you update your email information.
